How to build your form in the Custom Form Builder

You can design your form directly from your website Dashboard:

1. Go to Pages and select your Custom Form Builder page.
2. Click the Form Builder tab (top-left menu).
3. Add fields from the left-hand sidebar.
4. If needed, create multiple steps with Add New Step.
5. Click the green Save button to store your form structure.
