Can I upload my own website code to the editor?
Websites on our platform are made using available tools; uploading or editing code directly is not supported, but custom code pages can be used with limitations.

If I delete my business mailbox will I be able to create another?
Deleting your business mailbox allows the creation of a new one in its place, but note that deleted mailbox content cannot be restored. Consider upgrading for additional mailboxes.

Does your platform use WordPress

Can a water mark be added to images on the website?
Website editor doesn’t support image watermarks. Use external editing software or a service, then upload the watermarked image to your site.

Why does my page URL include a number in it?
Numbers in page URLs mean duplicate page names exist. Rename the page in your website editor, including hidden pages, to remove the number.

How to unlock my domain?
How to unlock a domain for transfer: go to Domains, edit the domain, select Unlock, and receive the EPP code by email.

Does the visitor counter track multiple visits from the same IP address?
Visitor count tracks each unique IP once per day. Multiple visits in one day count as one visitor; visits on another day count again.

Can you use SMS for advertisements or campaigns?
SMS is only used for reminders, such as abandoned cart reminders, and cannot be used for advertising or promotional campaigns.
