Access the Service Calendar (and block time or apply coupons)

The Service Calendar lets you view and manage all bookings in one place.

To access it:

1. Go to your website Dashboard.
2. Click Calendar in the side menu.

In the calendar, you can:

• Switch views: daily, weekly, monthly, or list
• Filter by service or staff member
• Click a booking to see full details (service info + customer info), and use options like Check In or Add Participant (when multiple attendees are allowed)

Block a date/time slot: Click the desired date and time → choose Block Date to prevent bookings during that time.

Apply coupons to a booking: You can add a coupon during calendar booking flow (note: coupons must be created in advance—otherwise the Add Coupon option won’t appear).
