Purchasing Mailboxes

Buying mailboxes is an efficient way to add new mailboxes for your business to use.

To purchase a new mailbox:

  1. Go to your website's Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Domain button.
  3. Select Mailboxes from the drop-down list. 
  4. In the window that opens, you can see all your mailboxes, their usernames, and passwords.
  5. Click on the New Mail Account button.
  6. You will see a message that says "No available mailbox. Click here to increase the number of E-mail Accounts in your Domain". 
  7. Click the button - You will be taken to a payment page where you can select the number of additional email accounts you want and the period for which you'd like to buy them. 
  8. When done selecting, click on Order Now.
