Set Up Your Mailbox on an Android Device

You can easily add your email mailbox to your Android smartphone using the Gmail app. Follow the steps below to complete the setup.

Step 1: Open the Gmail App

1. Open the Gmail app on your Android phone.

2. In the Set up email screen, tap Other.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

1. Type your full email address (for example: yourname@yourdomain.com).

2. Tap Next.

Step 3: Choose the Account Type

Select the type of account you want to add:

• IMAP (recommended)

• POP3

• Tap your preferred option to continue.

Step 4: Enter Your Password

1. Enter the password for your email account.

2. Tap Next.

Step 5: Configure Incoming Server Settings

When prompted, enter the following details:

• Incoming server: mail.enter-system.com

Tap Next once complete.

Step 6: Configure Outgoing Server Settings

Enter the same server address for outgoing mail:

• Outgoing server: mail.enter-system.com

Tap Next.

Step 7: Finish Setup

1. Review the account options if needed.

2. Tap Next or Submit to complete the setup.

Your mailbox will now be connected and ready to use in the Gmail app.
