Managing your website mailbox settings allows you to update your security credentials and ensure you never miss a message by routing incoming mail to your preferred primary address.
Go to your website Dashboard.
Click the Domain button and select Mailboxes from the list.
Find the specific mailbox you want to update and click the Edit button.
Update Password – Simply enter a new password into the text field to secure your account.
Enable Email Forwarding – Check the box for "Forward emails to a different mailbox" and enter your desired destination email address.
Save Messages – If you want the original message to remain in your inbox after it has been sent to the new address, check the box for "Keep a copy of the message in the mailbox".
Finalize – Click Apply to save your new settings.
Forwarding Logic – You cannot forward emails to the same address you are currently editing.
Storage Management – If you choose to keep a copy of forwarded messages, remember to periodically clear your mailbox to avoid reaching your storage limit.
Security – It is best practice to update your mailbox password regularly, especially if you have shared access with team members in the past.
