To manage your internal webmail account, you can adjust various configurations through the Options menu to personalize your experience and streamline your communications.
How to Access Mailbox Settings
To edit your settings, follow these steps:
Log in to your Webmail account.
Select the Options tab located at the top of the page.
Navigate the side menu to find four main expandable sections: General, Mail, Calendar, and Advanced.
Available Customizations
Each section contains sub-options that allow you to fine-tune your mailbox features:
General
Under this tab, manage the following:
- Account Settings - manage your display name, set a default address, and set on what page the mailbox will open. Additionally, set actions such as moving deleted emails to the delete folder, clearing the delete folder upon log out, and allowing the option to add meetings to your calendar automatically
- Regional Settings - manage your local time, choose your character set, and set your country
- Contact Details - Edit your contact information
- Personalize - Personalize your mailbox background image, set image location, transparency, and more
Login
Under this tab, manage the following:
- Login - set a new password for your mailbox
Mail
Under this tab, manage the following:
- Compose - Manage your email settings such as the mail format (Plain Text or HTML), set your email font type and size, and choose whether to create emails in a new window, and if contact addresses are automatically added to your contact list
- Auto Response - Set an auto-response email, and choose when the email should be sent
- Email Signature - Add an email signature that will be added to your sent emails
SPAM
- Mailbox Filtering - Message filtering allows you to define rules and actions that are triggered when messages are delivered to your mailbox.
- Blacklist - Allows you to blacklist email addresses and domains you would like not to receive correspondence from
Advanced
- SyncML Devices - Clear the synced cache for a client device that has previously synced with the server
- Import - Migrate content from a remote IMPA server, enter the server login information, and select the content you want to migrate.
