Log in to your Webmail Mailbox to access your website's registered emails. This allow you to manage your professional communications directly through the platform.
To log in to your mailbox, follow these steps:
Go to your website Dashboard.
Locate Mailboxes under your domain name, and then click the number of mailboxes in your account.
The window that opens up shows all your mailboxes, their usernames, and passwords.
Locate the desired mailbox and click on View to see your mailbox password, or click Login next to the mailbox username.
The Webmail login page will open in a new window.
Enter the mailbox by typing your username and password, and then click Login.
Password Access - If you forget your credentials, you can always retrieve your password by clicking the View button in the Mailboxes list.
New Window - The login interface opens in a separate browser tab, allowing you to keep your dashboard open while you check your emails.
Credentials - Ensure you enter the full mailbox username (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) to log in successfully.
