Set Business Mailbox on iPhone

You can easily add your business email account to your iPhone’s Mail app by following the steps below.

Set Up Your Business Mailbox on iPhone

Step 1: Open iPhone Settings

From your home screen, tap Settings.

Step 2: Go to Mail Account Settings

Scroll down and select:

Passwords& Accounts

Step 3: Add a New Account

Tap Add Account

Select Other

Step 4: Select “Add Mail Account”

Tap Add Mail Account to begin the setup.

Step 5: Enter Your Email Details

Fill in your account information:

• Name

• Email address

• Password

• Description (optional)

Then tap Next.

Step 6: Enter Server Information

Under both Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server, use the following host name:

Host Name: mail.enter-system.com

Enter your email username and password as required.

Step 7: Save the Account

Once submitted, your iPhone will verify the settings and add the mailbox to your email accounts list.
