Forwarding: When creating the mailbox, you can check “Forward emails to a different mailbox” to send incoming email to another address. Note: you cannot forward an email address to itself (for example, johndoe@yourdomain.com can’t forward to johndoe@yourdomain.com).
Third-party apps: You can also set up your website mailbox in external email software like Gmail, Outlook, or mobile apps using IMAP or POP3 settings.
