Creating an email account associated with your domain is a key step in building a professional image for your business.
Go to your website Dashboard.
Click the Domain button and select Set Unique Domain from the list.
Click the Email Accounts button, then select New Email Account.
Set up your desired account name and password.
Optional Forwarding: Check the "Forward emails to a different mailbox" checkbox if you want incoming mail sent to another address.
Click Save and then Apply to finalize the setup.
Storage Limit – The mailbox size is limited to 1GB.
Attachment Limit – Attached files are limited to a total of 15MB per email.
MX Records Requirement – Your mailbox will only work if your domain's MX records point to your website. If your domain is managed elsewhere, you must update these settings in your domain provider's panel.
Forwarding Rules – You cannot forward an email to itself (e.g., johndoe@yourdomain.com cannot forward to johndoe@yourdomain.com).
External Integration – You can also set up your website mailbox to work with third-party software like Gmail, Outlook, or mobile apps using IMAP or POP3 settings.
Email storage limit - Once you reach your mailbox limit, you will be unable to send or receive email. To stay within storage limits, periodically clear emails from your mailbox. This also applies to mailboxes with email forwarding enabled.
Email rejected by recipient - After creating your business mailbox, if an email you sent bounces back, please check with your recipient if your email is not blacklisted. If it is, then your recipient must whitelist your email address for the email to be received.
Mailbox and file size limit - Mailbox storage and file size limit cannot be increased.
Email Calendar integration - Currently, there is no option to integrate the mailbox calendar or share email calendar events with external calendars.
