Creating a Custom Seat Map

Choose a Custom Seat Map when you want a detailed representation of your venue (tables, rows, aisles, stage, and more).

1. On the Seat Map template screen, select New Map.
2. Use Edit Map (from the drop-down) to design your venue on the empty canvas.
3. Add venue elements such as:

• Rectangular tables: set seat numbers; adjust seats per side; use Width and Height to size the table.
• Round tables: set the number of seats around the table; use Radius to size it.
• Rows: set the number of seats in the side menu (max 50 seats per row).
• Objects (stage, aisles, etc.): edit text, background/border colors, and size from the side menu; resize by dragging the small square handles on the object frame.

Tip: To reposition anything, hover until the cursor changes to four arrows, then drag the item into place. To duplicate or delete an item, click it and use the Two Pages icon (duplicate) or the Trashcan icon (delete).
