The event seat map enables you to create detailed charts of your venue, select from existing templates, or create a customized seat map for your events and assign tickets to specific seats.
Choose the Custom Seat Map to create a detailed representation of your venue
Add seat layout, tables, aisles, a stage, and more.
To create a custom seat map, in the Seat Map template screen, choose New Map
From the drop-down menu, choose between designing your venue with Edit Map or assigning tickets
Add your venue elements to the empty canvas,
Use objects to represent various elements in your venue, such as a stage, aisles, and more.
Edit the object settings on the side menu, choose its text, background, and border colors, and edit its size. You can also resize an object by clicking it and using the little squares in the frame to scale it up or down, and from side to side.
To move an item and relocate it to another position, hover with your mouse cursor over the item. Once you see the cursor change to four arrows, click the item and drag it into position
To duplicate or delete an object or seat, click the item, and the system will display two icons: use the Two Pages Icon to duplicate the item and the Trashcan Icon to delete it.
The Assign ticket option is used to display the different areas of your venue to different ticket prices, for example, front seat tickets vs balcony tickets.
Note: Assigning tickets to seats is mandatory; if tickets are not assigned, visitors will not be able to select a seat from the Seat Map.
In the drop-down menu, choose Assign tickets
Click the table or seat you would like to assign and click the Assign button next to the relevant ticket in the side menu.
This will add the ticket to the seat row or table and will also assign a color to the selected seats.
You can also click and drag around a group of seats to select all of them and assign the ticket to the selection.
Use the blue row of navigation tools to move your canvas and zoom in and out
Note: A custom map is connected to the event it was created for, and cannot be used in other events.
