- Forwarding: When creating the mailbox, you can check “Forward emails to a different mailbox” to forward incoming email to another address.
- Forwarding rule note: You can’t forward an email address to itself (for example,
johndoe@yourdomain.com cannot forward to johndoe@yourdomain.com). - External integration: You can connect your mailbox to third-party software like Gmail, Outlook, or mobile apps using IMAP or POP3 settings.
