Assigning Tickets

The Assign tickets option lets you connect specific seats/areas to different ticket prices (for example, front seats vs. balcony).

Important: Assigning tickets to seats is mandatory. If tickets aren’t assigned, visitors won’t be able to select a seat from the Seat Map.

How to assign tickets

1. In the drop-down menu, choose Assign tickets.
2. Click the table or seat(s) you want to assign.
3. In the side menu, click Assign next to the relevant ticket.

Once assigned, the selected seats/tables will display the ticket and be color-coded.

Tip: You can click and drag around a group of seats to select them all at once and assign a ticket to the whole selection.
