What incoming and outgoing mail server settings should I use for my business email in Outlook 2010?

In the account details screen, enter the following:

• Your Name: the name recipients will see
• E-mail Address: your full email (example: name@yourdomain.com)
• Account Type: choose POP3 or IMAP
• Incoming Mail Server: mail.enter-system.com
• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.enter-system.com
• User Name: your full email address
• Password: your email account password

Then click More Settings… to continue.
