SEO is the process of improving your website so it can appear more often and more effectively in search engine results. The goal is not only to rank, but to attract the right visitors, generate more clicks, and create long-term organic growth for your business.
Inside the platform, you already have built-in tools that can help you manage the core parts of SEO from one place. These tools let you define your business clearly, improve how your pages appear in search results, discover relevant keywords, and generate content that helps your site rank for more search terms over time.
Before you begin working on keywords, meta tags, or content, update the AI Settings.
Fill in the core information about your business, including:
Detailed information about your product, service, or business
Your main business keyword
Your target market or location
The tone of voice for the website
The website category
This information helps the system understand your business correctly from the beginning. It improves the quality of content across your website and supports your SEO setup. When the system has the right business context, it can generate more accurate content, better keyword-focused text, and more relevant SEO suggestions.
Complete this section as early as possible, ideally when you first start building the website.
How to edit your AI settings
Go to your website dashboard and click Settings on the side menu
In the settings window, click edit next to AI settings
In the AI settings screen, edit the following:
Website Category - Edit your website category ( topic)
Main Keyword - Add your website's main keywords. Use keywords that are directly related to your website topic
Website Description - Add a short description of your website.
Tone of voice - Set the tone for your website's content. This setting allows the AI Brain to generate content with a consistent tone, such as Professional, Casual, Inspirational, or Persuasive.
Target Country Market - Set the target country for your website. This is highly important for SEO to understand the keyword's search volume in the relevant market.
Once done, save your changes
Once your AI Settings are updated, the next step is to review your meta tags.
Meta tags are the pieces of information that help search engines understand a page. The two most important meta tags for SEO are:
Meta title - the page title that often appears in Google search results
Meta description - the short description shown under the title in search results
These tags do not just help search engines understand your page; they also help users find it, and real people decide whether to click your website.
Your meta tags directly affect how your website appears on search engines. Even if your page appears in search results, weak meta tags can reduce clicks.
For example:
A bad title or description may look unclear, generic, or irrelevant
Users may see your page in search results, but choose not to click
This leads to a lower CTR (click-through rate), which means fewer clicks compared to the number of times your page was shown
Better meta tags can improve CTR by making the results more relevant, clear, and attractive to users.
You can also use the Generate SEO Tags Using AI button to automatically create optimized meta tags for each page. This is a fast way to improve search appearance, especially when you have many pages to review.
Make every page title and description unique
Include the main keyword naturally
Match the tag to the page content
Write for real users, not just search engines
Make the description clear enough to encourage clicks
Whenever you add a new page to your website, review its meta tags immediately and update them if needed.
Open the SEO Audit tab.
Review the pages listed on your website.
Click the Test Result Bar next to a page to view recommendations on what needs to be improved
Click Manage on the page you want to edit.
Update the page title and page description manually or generate them using the AI option.
Save the changes.
The Keywords Manager helps you understand which keywords already appear on your website and which new keywords you should consider targeting.
It includes two tabs:
Existing Keywords
Recommended Keywords
Before using the tool, it is important to understand the difference between main keywords and long-tail keywords.
These are broad keywords that describe your business in a general way.
Example:
wedding photographer
online fitness coach
plumber
Main keywords usually have higher search volume, but they are often more competitive.
These are longer, more specific search phrases.
Examples:
affordable wedding photographer in Miami
online fitness coach for busy moms
24 hour plumber in central London
Long-tail keywords are important because they are more targeted. They often bring visitors who already know what they are looking for, which can lead to better quality traffic and more conversions.
A strong SEO strategy usually includes both:
Higher-volume main keywords
Lower-volume long-tail keywords
The most important rule is relevance. Only choose keywords that truly match your business, services, and target audience.
In the Existing Keywords tab, the system scans your website's content and identifies keywords that already appear on your pages.
For each keyword, the tool shows:
Where the keyword appears on your website
The monthly search volume
The competition level or difficulty
This helps you understand which keywords are already supported by your content and where your current SEO coverage exists.
How to manage existing keywords:
Go to your website dashboard and click the advisor option
Click Keyword Manager
Review the list of existing keywords
In the Recommended Keywords tab, the system suggests additional keywords based on the content already found on your website.
These are potential keywords relevant to your business. Review them carefully and add the ones that make sense for your services, products, and audience.
Once added, they move into your Existing Keywords tab, where you can continue managing them.
How to review recommended Keywords:
Go to Keyword Manager
Click the Recommended Keywords tab at the top of the keyword list
Review the offered keywords, and click the keywords you would like to add
Click the Add Selected Keywords button at the top of the recommended keywords screen to add them to the keyword list
You can also add keywords manually.
Use the Add Keyword button to enter terms you believe are relevant to your business. The system will then check their volume and competition and add them to your keyword list.
This is useful when:
You know your niche very well
You want to target services not yet clearly mentioned on the site
You want to test local or long-tail keywords
Go to Keyword Manager
Click Add a Keyword at the top of the Keyword Manager screen
Add keywords separated with a comma
Then, click +Add Keywords
The Website Pages column shows where each keyword appears on your site.
If a keyword was not found on any page, the system may show a Generate Related Content button. This helps you create content specifically for that keyword.
This is one of the most useful workflows in the tool:
Identify a relevant keyword
Check whether it already appears on your website
If not, generate related content for it
Publish the content on your website
Let the system scan the website again over time
This helps expand your keyword coverage and gives your site more opportunities to appear in search results.
When you decide to target new keywords, the next step is to create content around them.
If you click Generate Related Content, or create content from the recommendation flow, you will be moved to the advanced content creator tool.
In this tool, you can choose:
The length of the article or blog post
The content style, such as a step-by-step guide, review and comparison, storytelling, and more
Short title ideas and content directions
After you choose the structure you want, the system generates a full SEO-optimized article or blog post for your website.
SEO grows with content. The more high-quality and relevant content you add, the more opportunities your website has to appear for different search terms.
This is what increases the number of impressions. In other words, adding relevant keywords and creating content around them helps your site appear in more searches and for more terms.
Meta tags play a different role. Good meta tags help improve clicks by making your search result more appealing once people see it. That means a strong SEO workflow should do both:
Increase impressions by appearing on as many relevant search terms as possible
Increase clicks by improving the title and description people see in search results
This is why keyword research, content creation, and meta tag optimization should always work together. Fresh content also helps the system continue identifying more potential keywords for future growth.
Go to Recommended Content or pick a specific keyword from the Existing Keywords tab
Click Generate New Content at the top of the Recommended Content screen
Add a short description of the content you want to generate
Select the length of the generated content
Add relevant keywords that should appear in the content
Set the content style and structure
Click Generate Ideas
Review the generated content option and click Generate Content to add it to your content List
Go to Keyword Manager
Review existing keywords
Click Generate Related Content next to any Keywords that do not appear on your website
Add relevant information and generate ideas, select the best-suited content from the options, and add it to your website.
After generating content, review it before publishing.
The Recommended Content area includes two tabs:
Ready Content
Recommended Content
This tab includes content that has already been generated.
From here you can:
Preview the content
Review whether it matches your business and tone
Publish it to your Articles or Blog page in one click
This tab includes content suggestions from the system.
These suggestions may be based on:
Your website keywords
Your current website content
Ideas you previously reviewed but did not yet generate
Go through these recommendations and generate the ones that are truly relevant to your business.
How to add generated content to the website:
Go to Recommended Content and review the available content in the list
Click Preview to review the generated content
Click Publish to add the content to your website. This will open the website editor, where you can review the content as it will appear on your live website
Click Save to add the content
Publish your website
SEO is not a one-time setup. It should become an ongoing routine.
Update the AI Settings when starting the site
Review and improve meta tags
Review keywords and add new relevant ones
Create content for important keywords
Repeat steps 3 and 4 regularly
The more content you add, the more the system can scan your website and identify new keyword opportunities. Over time, this helps your website appear for more searches, attract more potential visitors, and build stronger SEO coverage.
Whenever you add a new page to your website, always review that page's meta tags and improve them before moving on.
Use this checklist to confirm that the most important SEO work is being done:
