You can group FAQ items into categories while creating (or editing) an item:
- Open Pages and select the FAQ module.
- Click Add Item (or edit an existing item).
- Click Add Category.
- Type a category name (for example, General Questions) and press Enter.
- Make sure the new category is selected so it’s assigned to your FAQ item.
- Click Save.
