How do I add categories to organize my FAQs?

You can group FAQ items by category while creating a new item:

1. Click Add Category.
2. Type a category name (for example, General Questions) and press Enter.
3. Make sure the new category is selected so it’s assigned to your FAQ item.
4. Click Save.
