How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, all active products and services associated with your account will be closed.

If you have any paid products (such as a Premium package, domain, mailbox, etc.), please make sure to disable Automatic Renewal first. You can do this from your account under Billing & Products.

To delete your account:

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Click Account, then select User Profile.
3. Click Remove Account.
