Renewing your website's Premium Package, Domain, or Mailbox is necessary to keep your online presence active and prevent service interruptions. Whether you are extending your hosting plan or securing your web address for another year, the process is handled directly through your account dashboard.
Go to your website Dashboard.
If your current package has already expired, click the Upgrade button and select your preferred plan.
If your current package is still active, click the button displaying your package's name and select Renew.
Go to your website Dashboard.
Click the Profile Icon ( Silhouette Icon) at the top corner.
Select Billing and Products from the list.
In the product window, use the different options to locate the specific service you want to renew and click Renew.
Active Extensions - Renewing an active package adds the new time onto your existing expiration date, so you don't lose any days you have already paid for.
Product Renewal - A website package and a domain are two separate products that must be renewed separately. Renewing a website package does not automatically renew the domain, and vice versa.
Domain renewal after expiration - If a domain is renewed after its expiration date, it may take some time for the domain to come back online.
Centralized Management - The "My Products" tab is the most efficient place to check the status of all your services at once, ensuring nothing expires unexpectedly.
Manual vs. Auto - While these steps are for manual renewal, remember that you can also enable Auto-Renewal in the same settings to handle these payments automatically in the future.
