Set your accepted currency and payment methods to allow your customers to purchase your products and services. These settings are available on various pages that require pricing, such as E-commerce, Restaurant Menu, Pricing Table, Events, Donate Page, Schedule Booking, and Online Courses.
Setting the Currency and Payment Method
To set your currency and preferred payment methods, follow these steps:
Go to your website Dashboard and click on Settings from the side menu
In the Settings menu, click on Payment Methods and edit the following:
Currency Options
Manage how prices are displayed and handled on your website:
Main Currency - Select the primary currency for your website; ensure this matches your local or preferred business currency.
Multi-Currency - Enable this to offer different currencies to your customers. Ensure your payment method supports all selected currencies. Available for Gold Package and above
Credit Card Gateways
Implement a payment gateway to facilitate the acceptance of credit card payments.
You can accept online payments via one of the available gateway companies:
Gateway Providers
- Stripe - Enter your Stripe account information if you have one, or create a new Stripe account
- 2Checkout - Enter your 2Checkout account information if you have one, or create a new 2Checkout account
- Braintree - Enter your Braintree account information if you have one, or create a new Braintree account
- Square - Enter your Square account information if you have one, or create a new Square account
- Authorize.Net - Enter your Authorize.Net account information if you have one, or create a new Authorize.Net account
- Worldpay - Enter your Worldpay account information if you have one, or create a new Worldpay account
- Elavon (Opayo) - Enter your Elavon (Opayo) account information if you have one, or create a new Elavon (Opayo) account
- PayStack - Enter your PayStack account information if you have one, or create a new PayStack account
- Tranzila - Enter your Tranzila account information if you have one, or create a new Tranzila account
- Pelecard - Enter your Pelecard account information if you have one, or create a new Pelecard account
- CreditGuard - Enter your CreditGuard account information if you have one, or create a new CreditGuard account
- Cardcom - Enter your Cardcom account information if you have one, or create a new Cardcom account
- PayPlus - Enter your PayPlus account information if you have one, or create a new PayPlus account
- GROW Payment Gateway - Select GROW from the list and click the quick sign-up button. Then, fill in the required information and submit the form. Once confirmed by GROW, the integration will be updated.
Note:
- The credit card Payment method is available from the Professional package and above
- Please note that you can only use one of the above payment gateways. We do our best to add additional payment gateways.
- Tranzila - toggle the Invoice option on to allow Tranzila to generate invoices automatically. The option must be enabled in your Tranzila account as well.
- CreditGuard - toggle the Invoice option on to allow CreditGuard to generate invoices automatically. The option must be enabled in your CreditGuard account as well.
- Some gateways also allow payments. When enabling the Payments options, make sure to add the payment amount range and the number of payments. For example, use steps such as 0-99, then 100-499, and so on.
- Bit/Paybox/Gpay/Apple pay - Although these payment methods are not directly supported by the system, some payment gateways may include these options as part of their services.
Offline Payment Methods
Enable preferred offline methods where the transaction happens outside the system:
Available Methods - Choose from Bank Deposit, Cash on Delivery (COD), Check, Money Order, Pay in Store, and Phone.
Instructions - Click the arrow pointing down to add specific instructions for your customers on how to complete their payment.
Manual Processing - While an order is created in the system, the payment is not processed automatically and must be handled manually.
Note: When adding an offline payment method like Phone or Bank Order, ensure you edit the option and enter your information. This will guarantee your users see the correct details instead of an empty screen or a placeholder.
Wallets
Connect your online wallet. You can accept online payments via PayPal and Amazon Pay.
- Enter your PayPal Business email account if you have one, or create a new PayPal Business Account.
- Enter your Amazon Pay Merchant/Seller ID if you have one, or create a new Amazon Pay account for businesses.
Make sure the currency set on the website and the selected wallet are the same (i.e., check that PayPal supports the currency set on your website).

You do not need to republish your website after updating your Payment method settings
Package Limitations - Different payment methods and gateway providers are available depending on your specific Premium Package.
Currency Support - Always verify that your selected payment provider (like PayPal or Stripe) supports the Main Currency set on your website.
Third-Party Accounts - Creating an account with a gateway provider is done directly through their respective platforms, and they may have their own verification requirements.
