Manage your payment methods used for purchasing your package or products
It is important to note that we do not store or have access to your full payment method information (i.e., your full credit card number or PayPal account information).
When you purchase a product with us, your payment provider uses your payment information to create a token, which is a secure string of characters that identifies your card.
Your payment provider then sends us your token and the basic information of the card, such as expiration date and the last four digits. Auto Renewal, when active, is done using the reusable token provided by your payment provider.
The information provided by your payment provider is stored in your account settings, and you can manage the information and remove card tokens and information that are no longer valid or that you no longer wish to use.
Tokens and Renewal: Auto- renewal will take place if the option is active. The option can be disabled at any point, but must be disabled up to 14 days prior to the expiration date, which is when the auto-renewal is initiated. Auto-renewal will be done using the most recent token held by the system.
