Email sensitivity: If you change NS records (instead of only updating A/CNAME), your existing external email services will be deactivated until you re-configure your MX records in the website panel.
“Domain is in a different account” message: This usually means the domain was previously connected to another account with us. To fix it, log into that other account and disconnect the domain, then try adding it again.
