Searching for and ordering a custom domain name is a direct process managed through your account settings. Before you can connect a custom domain, ensure your website has an active Premium Package or choose to Upgrade Your Website during the process.
To find and purchase a new domain, use the updated navigation flow:
Go to your website Dashboard.
Click the Profile icon (User Profile) at the top and select Domains from the list.
Click the Search New Domain button.
Enter Your Choice: Type the domain name you want (do not include "www") and select the desired TLD (extension) from the drop-down list.
Click Search Now to check availability.
Complete the Order: If the domain is available, fill in the registration form with your details. Ensure all information is accurate, as this is used for official domain ownership records.
Once the order is finalized, your new domain will appear in your Domain List.
Free Domain Coupon – When you purchase a 12-month or longer Premium Package for a new website, you receive a coupon for a 1-year free domain registration.
Automatic Listing – Any domain you purchase through this tool is automatically added to your management panel, making it easy to point it to your website project.
Existing Domains – If you already own a domain through another registrar (like GoDaddy or Namecheap), you can choose to Connect Your Domain instead of purchasing a new one.
Rename Domain - Once a domain is ordered, it can’t be renamed or changed. That’s why it’s important to double-check the spelling and make sure it’s exactly what you want before you place the order. If you spot a typo afterward, the usual solution is to purchase the correct domain name separately.
Domain connection may take time - After you connect a new domain, it may take a little time before your site is fully available under that domain. Even if the dashboard shows the domain as connected, updates can take a few hours to propagate. If everything was set up correctly, wait about an hour and check again (and allow a bit more time if it’s still updating).
Domain visibility on search engines - After ordering a new domain, it may take time for the domain to appear in search engines' search results. To expedite the process, first make sure the domain is connected to the website and that it is online, then connect to your website to Google Search Console and submit a Sitemap. Propagation - After ordering a domain and verifying the domain registration, it takes up to 72 hours for a domain to fully proprgate
Brand Alignment – Try to use your business name or a very relevant keyword to make the URL easy for customers to remember.
Simplicity – Avoid using hyphens or numbers, as these can confuse visitors and make the domain harder to type correctly.
Length – Ideally, keep your domain name under 16 characters to ensure it is punchy and professional.
