Two common requirements can prevent redirects from working:
- You must have a primary domain connected to your website project first (redirects only work when a main domain is already set).
- DNS must be set correctly for the redirected domain (A record to 166.117.120.15 and CNAME www to global.loadweb.com).
If you’ve just made DNS changes, it may also take time for the internet to update.
