What should I do if I see “No available mailbox” when creating a new mail account?

If you see the message “No available mailbox”, it means you need to purchase additional mailboxes first.

1. On the prompt that says “No available mailbox”, click the provided button to increase the number of E-mail Accounts.
2. On the payment page, select your desired number of accounts and subscription period.
3. Click Order Now.
