Manage the POS System

With our POS tool, you can sell and bill without needing an online store!

Access the POS Tool

To start selling directly from your interface, you must access the POS billing area:

* In your Dashboard, click on Orders.

* Click the Place Order button to open the POS numeric interface.

Creating a Charge

Manage products and services directly to charge customers on the spot:

* Enter Amount — Use the numeric keypad to set the price for your one-time service or product.

* Product Details — Type the name of the item in the Custom product/Service name field and click Add to put it in the cart.

* Recurring Billing — Toggle Activate recurring payment if you need to set up monthly, yearly, or flexible billing cycles for subscriptions.

Collecting Payment

Once your cart is ready, you can choose how to receive your funds:

* Click the green Charge button at the bottom of the screen.

* Cash — Select this for immediate, in-person transactions.

* Send Payment Link — Select Send the payment link to the customer to generate a checkout URL.

* Share Options — Copy the Direct Link to send via email or text, or let your customer scan the generated QR Code to pay instantly from their mobile device.
