The POS (Point of Sale) tool lets you charge customers directly - without setting up an online store. Use it for quick in-person payments, one-time services, or sending a payment link for remote checkout.
- In your Dashboard, click Orders.
- Click Place Order to open the POS charging screen (numeric interface).
Create a Charge
Use the POS screen to add a product or service and set the price:
- Enter Amount
Use the numeric keypad to enter the price for the item or service. - Add Product Details
Enter a name in Custom product/Service name, then click Add to place it in the cart. - Set Recurring Billing (Optional)
Turn on Activate recurring payment to create a subscription-style charge, such as:
- Monthly
- Yearly
- Flexible billing cycles (based on available options)
Collect Payment
When your cart is ready:
- Click the green Charge button at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose how the customer will pay:
- Cash
Use for immediate, in-person transactions. - Send Payment Link
Generates a checkout link you can send to the customer.
Share payment link options
After choosing Send Payment Link, you can:
- Copy the Direct Link to send via email or text
- Let the customer scan a QR Code to pay instantly from their phone
