Once you’re in Orders → Coupons, click + Add New Coupon to create and configure your discount.
- Status: Set the coupon to Active or Not active.
- Coupon Code: A code is generated automatically. Click the blue arrows icon to generate a new unique code.
- Coupon Name: Add an internal name (not visible to customers) to help you recognize it in your list.
- Coupon Discount & Type: Choose the discount value and set it as Percentage (e.g., 25%) or Fixed Sum.
