Offering coupons is an effective way to provide special deals and discounts to your customers. You can create coupons for various pages, including Store, Events, Pricing Tables, and Schedule Bookings.
To manage your discounts, follow the updated navigation flow from your website Dashboard:
Go to your Dashboard.
Click Orders in the left-hand menu.
Select Coupons from the dropdown list.
Once inside the Coupons section, click the blue + Add New Coupon button to configure your discount:
Status: Toggle the status to Active or Not active to control when the deal is available.
Coupon Code: A code is automatically generated for you. Click the blue arrows icon to generate a new unique code that users must enter at checkout.
Coupon Name: Add an internal name to help you identify the coupon in your list; this name is not visible to customers.
Coupon Discount & Type: Define the value of the discount and choose whether it is a Percentage (e.g., 25%) or a Fixed Sum.
You can customize how and when your coupons are used to protect your margins:
Limitation of Uses: Choose Unlimited or Limited. If limited, specify the total number of times the coupon can be redeemed.
Apply To: Select whether the discount applies to all products, specific categories, specific products, or only when a minimum order subtotal is reached.
Expiry Date: Click the clock icon to select a date and time from the calendar after which the coupon will expire.
Limit to Specific Clients: Restrict the coupon to specific users by entering their email addresses. Leave this field empty to allow all visitors to use it.
Automatic Coupons: For E-commerce stores on the Platinum package, you can enable coupons that are automatically applied to a user's cart if they meet your specific requirements.
Internal Tracking: The main Coupons table allows you to see at a glance how many times a coupon has been used (Times Used) and how many redemptions are remaining (Uses Left).
Quick Management: Use the Edit or Delete buttons in the Manage column to update your existing offers as your marketing needs change.
