If you have a domain with us that you wish to connect to an external service, this can be done in one of two ways
- Unlock the Domain - This action allows you to transfer your domain to a different provider, enabling you to manage it directly or through the new provider.
- Redirect the Domain to an External Service - If you prefer to keep our domain management service while using another external service, you can redirect your domain. To do this, you will need the appropriate DNS settings for the external service (CNAME, A record, and/or Name servers). Then update the information in your domain DNS settings under the user profile in your account dashboard

Note:
When updating Name servers to your new provider's name servers, any future changes to the domain DNS settings must be made through the external service provider.
