This guide shows you where to find real-time technical data for your SITE123 website — bandwidth usage, storage consumption and translation credits — directly inside your project’s dashboard. Keeping an eye on these figures helps you understand your site’s growth and know when you may need to upgrade your plan or optimise content.
Sign in to the SITE123 editor
• Browse to https://app.site123-staging.com/manager/login/login.php and enter your SITE123 account credentials.
• Click Login.
Open the Settings area
• After the dashboard loads, look at the left-hand navigation panel.
• Click Settings (it’s the fourth item in the menu).
View your Bandwidth statistics
• Inside the General Settings page, scroll until you see the Bandwidth card.
• Click the card to open a modal window that breaks down monthly and total bandwidth usage.
• When you’re done, press the × (Close) button at the top-right of the modal.
Check current Storage usage
• Still in General Settings, locate the Storage card right next to Bandwidth.
• Click it to see how much of your allocated storage is currently in use.
• Close the modal when finished.
Review Translation storage details
• In the same section you will notice a small link that shows the exact storage occupied by your translated content (e.g. 2.7 K).
• Click the link to open a detailed view, then close it once you’ve reviewed the data.
Monitor Translation credit balance
• Finally, click the Translation Credits card to see how many automatic translation credits you have left.
• Close the window to return to General Settings.
That’s it — you’ve now inspected all the key technical data points for your site.
The Technical Data panel in the Settings area lets you track four key resources: bandwidth, storage, translation storage and translation credits. By opening each card you can review up-to-date figures and close the modal to return to the settings screen. Regularly monitoring these numbers ensures your site runs smoothly and prevents unexpected overages.
