Offline Payment Methods

If you want customers to pay outside the system, you can enable offline payment options (an order is created, but you’ll process the payment manually).

Available offline methods: Bank Deposit, Cash on Delivery (COD), Check, Money Order, Pay in Store, and Phone.

• Use the arrow to add Instructions so customers know exactly how to pay.
• Be sure to edit options like Phone or Bank Order and add your details—otherwise customers may see a blank/placeholder screen.
