In Settings > Shipping, use Manage Regions to define exactly where you deliver:
- Click Add New Region.
- Enter a Custom Region Name (for example, “North America”).
- Select the countries you want to include.
- For some countries (like the United States or United Kingdom), click the country name to select individual states/provinces for more localized control.
