Setting up your shipping regions and rates is a critical step in managing your store's logistics, allowing you to define exactly where you deliver and how much it costs for your customers.
To set up or adjust your shipping rates from the Store page, follow these steps:
In the Website Editor, click the Pages tab.
Locate your Store page and click the Store button.
Click the Settings tab and then select Shipping.
Manage Regions:
Click Add New Region to define where you ship.
Enter a Custom Region Name (e.g., "North America") and select the relevant countries.
For specific countries like the United States or United Kingdom, you can click the country name to select individual states or provinces.
Select a Shipping Method:
Choose between Free Shipping, Flat Rate, Rate by Order Price, Rate by Weight, or Store Pickup Only.
Enter the specific details and costs for your chosen method.
Additional Options: You can add a standard handling fee to every order or explicitly enable store pickup as an option for your customers.
Multiple Options – If you use dropshipping services like Printful, customers will see distinct shipping options for those items alongside your regular products.
State-Level Control – Selecting specific states or regions within a country allows you to offer localized delivery rates or exclude areas you do not serve.
