If, when checking your domain your see this message: "This domain does not point to an A record or a CNAME on our servers."
Check the following:
- First, check your domain expiration date and verify that the domain has not expired
- Check if your domain is privately owned or if it was purchased through us
- If privately owned, check your domain settings and make sure that the domain is pointing to our servers.
- If the domain was purchased through us, make sure the domain is verified
- Check your domain DNS settings - use the set to default option to reset the DNS settings. Note that this action will remove any external records that were added to the DNS settings.
