How do I set staff working hours and availability for bookings?

You can add staff members as service providers and set their availability. These settings appear in modules like the Booking Page, where you can assign a staff member to a service (or let users choose).

To configure availability:

• Staff Availability: Choose one of the following:
  • Select days & times
  • Currently unavailable (you can select a reason like Sick, Vacation, Holiday, or Custom)
  • Hide the staff member from the website and interface
• Working hours: If you choose Select days & times, toggle the weekdays and set daily hours. Use the Plus icon to add a shift for a day.

Note: The Shift option creates gaps between shifts. It’s not meant for setting hourly working hours.

External Calendar: Staff members can sync booked services with Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, and choose a sync type (full two-way sync, booking page → calendar only, or calendar → booking page only).
