How do I disable or re-enable a staff member?

You can temporarily remove staff access by disabling them, and later restore access with the same permissions.

Disable access:

1. In your account dashboard, go to Settings → Staff.
2. Find the staff member.
3. Click Disable.

Re-enable access:

1. In the Staff list, change the top filter from Active to Disabled.
2. Find the staff member and click Enable.

When you re-enable a staff member, their previous permissions are restored.

Plan limit reminder: The number of staff members you can add depends on your subscription plan. If you reach your plan’s limit, you can’t add new staff members or restore previously removed staff members (you’ll need to upgrade to add more).
