How do I get my Pure Chat Widget ID?

You’ll need your unique Widget ID from your Pure Chat dashboard.

1. Log in to your Pure Chat account (or sign up at purechat.com).
2. Go to Websites in the left-hand menu.
3. Select the website you want to integrate, then open Customize or Installation.
4. Find the Widget ID (an alphanumeric string inside the script snippet in the Script section).
