To connect the service, you need to retrieve your unique identifier from your Pure Chat dashboard.
Log in to your Pure Chat account (or sign up at purechat.com).
Navigate to the Websites section in the left-hand menu.
Select the website you want to integrate and click on the Customize or Installation tab.
Locate your unique Widget ID (this is the alphanumeric string found within the snippet provided in the "Script" section).
Once you have your ID, follow these steps to activate the chat widget:
In your Website Editor, click the Settings (gear icon) and select Plugins.
Click the Add New button and select Add New Plugin.
Type Pure Chat in the search bar and click the Add button.
In the Application ID field, paste the Widget ID you copied from Pure Chat.
Set the Enable toggle to Yes.
Click Save.
To make the chat widget visible to your visitors, you must apply the updates to your live site:
Click the Publish button in the top corner of your editor.
