Jotform is an intuitive form builder that allows you to create customized online forms in minutes. By integrating Jotform, you can collect data, receive instant email notifications for every submission, and manage your responses all in one place.
To display your form, you need to identify the unique ID assigned to the form you created in Jotform.
Log in to your Jotform account (or create one at jotform.com).
Navigate to My Forms and select the form you wish to use.
Click on Publish in the top navigation bar.
In the Quick Share tab, look at the "Link to Share" URL. Your Form ID is the long string of numbers at the end of that link.
Jotform is added as a dedicated page within your website to ensure the form displays correctly for your users.
In your Website Editor, click the Pages tab.
Click the Add New Page button.
Select the App Market tab and search for JotForm.
Click Add to create the new page.
Now, link your specific Jotform to your website page.
Find the JotForm page in your page list and click the Edit button.
In the Application ID field, paste the unique Form ID (the numbers) you copied from Jotform.
Click Save.
To make the form live and ready to accept submissions from your visitors:
Click the Publish button in the top corner of your editor.
