Step 3: Why isn’t the LiveChat widget showing on my site?

If you’ve added the plugin but don’t see the chat widget, make sure you’ve published your changes.

  • Click Publish in the top corner of your editor to push the update live.

Tip: Also confirm the plugin is enabled (Enable toggle set to Yes) and saved.
