LiveChat allows you to engage with your customers in real-time, providing immediate assistance that can boost sales and increase customer satisfaction. By capturing visitors who might otherwise leave without reaching out, you can turn casual browsers into loyal clients.
Before you begin, you will need to retrieve your unique license identifier from your LiveChat account.
Log in to your LiveChat account (or sign up at livechat.com).
Go to Settings and look for the Installations or Installation Code section.
Locate your License ID (this is usually a unique numeric code found within the provided snippet).
Once you have your ID, follow these steps to connect the service to your website:
In your Website Editor, click the Settings (gear icon) and select Plugins.
Click the Add New button and select Add New Plugin.
Type LiveChat in the search bar and click the Add button.
In the Application ID field, paste your unique License ID.
Set the Enable toggle to Yes.
Click Save.
To make the chat widget visible to your visitors, you must push the update live:
Click the Publish button in the top corner of your editor.
