It means you have exceeded the bandwidth limit of your current package. To resolve this issue, you should consider upgrading to a higher-tier package.
Note that exceeding your bandwidth limit can result in slower loading times for your visitors and may even prevent access to your website. Additionally, it temporarily disables your ability to publish new content.
If you have exceeded your package's bandwidth limitation, you have two options: you can upgrade to a higher-tier package to increase your limit, or you can wait until the limit resets at the beginning of next month.
