Manage and Edit Your Articles Page
The Articles page allows you to publish content related to your business, share knowledge with visitors, and keep your website updated with fresh posts. You can create new articles, organize them by topic, add images, manage comments, and track engagement over time.
This guide explains how to add and manage articles, customize article settings, and use AI tools to generate new content quickly.
To begin, make sure the Articles page is included on your website:
In the Website Editor, go to your Page List.
Locate the Articles page in the list or Add New Page
Update the page Title and Slogan if needed
Once your Articles page is active, you can add and organize posts through the Manage panel.
Open the Articles page
Click Manage
From here, you can:
Drag items using the arrow icon to reorder them
Click the three-dot menu to:
Edit
Duplicate
Preview
Delete
After your website is published, you can share a direct link to any article:
Click the three-dot icon next to an article
Select Link
This will allow you to:
Copy a direct URL to the article
Download a QR code that leads visitors directly to that post
To update an article’s text and layout:
Select an article from the list
Click Edit
Use the text editor to write content and divide it into sections
While editing:
Hover over a section to highlight it
Use the toolbox to:
Move sections up or down
Delete sections using the trash icon
Highlighting text also opens formatting tools for styling and customization.
You can insert additional elements using the bottom toolbar, including:
Images
Videos
Buttons
Custom code blocks
To include multiple images inside an article:
In the article editor, click the Multiple Image icon
Placeholder images will appear automatically
Click an image and choose Change to upload your own
Open the Images tab to view and edit all images used in your post.
You can:
Drag images using the three-line icon to reorder them
Remove images with the trash icon
Click Add Image to upload additional images
Click Edit next to an image to replace or adjust it
Each image includes additional settings:
Select Image
Upload from your computer, choose from the image library, import from external sources, or generate an image using AI.
Edit with AI (Magic Wand)
Use AI tools to enhance or modify your image.
Link
Attach a clickable link to the image. You can also choose to open it in a new tab or mark it as ignored by search engines.
Alt Text
Add descriptive text for accessibility and SEO improvement.
Each article includes settings that help organize content and improve visibility.
Add keywords that make articles easier to find and group together.
Assign articles to categories to organize topics on your Articles page.
Important: Deleting a category will also delete any articles still assigned to it.
Write a short preview summary shown on the Articles homepage or inside a category.

At the bottom of each article, visitors can be shown additional recommended posts.
You can control this setting per article:
Auto – Displays articles with matching tags
Custom – Manually select related posts
Off – Disables related articles for that specific post
Under the Settings tab, you can control global features of your Articles page, including:
Comment system options
Read time display
Social sharing buttons
Related article visibility
Automatic internal linking between articles
You can choose how visitors leave comments on your posts:
Internal comments
Facebook comments
Disqus comments
Additional options include:
Show number of comments
Display estimated read time
Enable social sharing
Automatically link related content by keyword
You can rename default buttons and labels to match your website tone.
For example:
“Read More” → “Continue Reading.”
Enable this option under Custom Labels.
If internal comments are enabled, you can review and respond to them from your dashboard:
Go to your Website Dashboard
Click Messages
Select Comments & Reviews
From here, you can:
See which article the comment was posted on
View the commenter’s name and message
Reply directly
Approve or reject comments
Delete comments permanently
You can generate new articles instantly using the built-in AI tool.
To start:
Open your Articles page
Click the Plus (+) icon
or choose the Magic Wand AI option
All AI-generated posts will appear under the Generated Content tab.
Click the Magic Wand (AI) button, then provide:
Description
A short explanation of what the article should be about (up to 350 characters).
Content Length
Choose the size of the generated article:
Short (up to 500 words)
Medium (up to 1,000 words)
Long (up to 1,500 words)
Very Long (up to 2,500 words)
Keywords
Add relevant terms to improve accuracy and SEO.
Select the structure that best fits your article type:
List Style (Top tips or recommendations)
Essential First (News and announcements)
Step-by-Step Guide (Tutorial format)
Storytelling (Personal or featured stories)
Problem & Solution (Advice-based content)
Review & Comparison (Products or services)
Research Report (Structured academic style)
Once ready, the AI tool will generate content options for you to choose from.
You can:
Click Generate Content to add the article
Click Read More to preview full text and keywords
Click Show More for additional suggestions
