When visitors fill out a contact or custom form on your website, the submissions are stored within your project so you can read and respond at your convenience.
To view your messages, use the updated dashboard navigation flow:
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the main Dashboard.
Locate the Activities section at the top of the page.
Click the Messages card to enter the full message center.
Once inside the message center, you can efficiently handle all inquiries:
Review Submissions: Each entry appears in a list showing sender details, the date of submission, and a message preview. Each message is also given a unique number; this number cannot be changed.
Read & Reply: Click on any specific item to read the full content and take further actions, such as replying directly to the visitor.
Data Export: You can also export your message data if you need to keep external records or import them into another tool.
Snapshots: The dashboard card provides a quick glance at your message volume and growth percentage.
Engagement: It is recommended to check this area regularly to ensure you stay on top of new inquiries and keep your audience engaged.
Notification Settings: You can also edit the main contact email in the editor to ensure you receive external email alerts for every new form submission.
Free Plan Site Messages - You are not limited in the number of messages or email notifications you can receive with the free plan. With the free plan, you can access the message content only from your site’s dashboard.
Can't find messages - If you see a message indicator but cannot find the message in your new message list, it may mean that the message has been blocked. Change the status of the message list to blocked messages and check there.
Replying from the system - When you reply to a user, the message is sent through the system and not from your personal email address. This can sometimes result in replies being incorrectly tagged as spam by the recipiant email service. In such cases, you need to request the recipient to mark your replies as not SPAM.
While it is possible to check messages using a cellphone, for optimal message management, please make sure to access the information using a computer.
