How do I add and assign categories to my FAQ items?

You can organize your FAQ items by creating categories while editing an item:

1. When adding/editing an FAQ item, click Add Category.
2. Type a category name (for example, General Questions) and press Enter.
3. Make sure the new category is selected so it’s assigned to your FAQ item.
4. Click the green Save button.
