Inside the message center, you can handle all inquiries in one place:
- Review submissions: Messages appear in a list with sender details, submission date, and a preview. Each message has a unique number (this number can’t be changed).
- Read & reply: Click a message to open it, read the full content, and reply directly to the visitor.
- Export data: Export your message data if you need an external record or want to import it into another tool.
