Step 1: How do I find my tawk.to Property ID and Widget ID?

To connect tawk.to, you’ll need two identifiers from your tawk.to dashboard:

1. Log in to your tawk.to account (or create one at tawk.to).
2. Click Administration (the gear icon) in the sidebar.
3. Under Overview, find and copy your Property ID.
4. Go to Channels > Chat Widget.
5. Find and copy your Widget ID (shown under Widget Status or in the Direct Chat Link).
