How to unlock my domain?

Unlocking a domain is typically done when you want to transfer it to a different provider. 

To unlock your domain, follow these steps:

1. While on your website collection, click on "Domains" in the side menu.
2. Locate the domain you wish to unlock and click "Edit" next to it.
3.  From the drop-down menu, select "Unlock."

Once the domain is unlocked, the domain registrar will send you an email containing the EPP code, which you can use to transfer the domain to the new provider.

Note: For .co.il and .org.il domains, an EPP code is not provided. Instead, when these domains are unlocked, the domain registrar will create a management account for the domain and send the domain owner the login information for that account.
