You can invite other people to work on your website as staff members. Staff members can help you update content, manage modules, and maintain the site—useful for teams and for clients if you build websites for others.
This guide explains how to add, manage, and disable staff access.
The invited user will receive an email notification. Once they accept, your website will appear in their account dashboard under their Staff group.
As the Website Administrator, you control what each staff member can do.
To edit permissions:
Edit the Staff Member information, such as name, Phone number, and add a short description.
Set the access and permission level of your Staff Member
Use Admin only when you want to grant full control.
Important: With Custom permissions, you must select at least one module.
Add Staff members to your team of service providers. Here you can set the staff member's availability and working hours.
These settings will be reflected in modules such as the Booking Page, allowing you to assign a specific staff member for each service or the option for your users to select the staff member best suited for them. This option can be used for services such as Consulting services, classes, one-on-one sessions, and more. To set the staff member's availability, edit the following settings:

When selecting the Select day & time option, you will be presented with a list of the weekdays
Toggle the days your staff member is available and set the daily hours of availability. Click the Plus icon to add a shift for that day. This option is useful for services like one-on-one sessions, classes, and more
Note: Using the Shift option means that there is a gap of inactivity between the different shifts. This function is not meant to set hourly working hours.
When selecting Currently unavailable you will be able to select a reason of Staff meember inavlability, such as Sick, Vacation, Holiday, Or Custom to add an unlisted reason.
Staff members can sync their schedule with their external calendar. This will allow them to keep track of booked services directly from their personal calendars.
They can connect either their Google Calendar or their Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
If the staff member has multiple calendars, they will bebable to decide what calnder to use for syncing booked services

When you re-enable a staff member, their previous permissions are restored.
